The second episode had cherry picked chapters 7, 12 and 22. Adapting chapter 5 and 6 in order is going to be the exception.
Aside from the Hameln line there isn't a whole lot of continuity. Everything else will just depend on which characters they introduced.
There's 114 chapters so far, they'd never adapt the whole thing either way.
