Most of the actors are idol singers or models who are getting promoted. They can't act.
The script is usually not adapted to real life. Real people do not talk like anime. If you watch real Japanese movie, you will see a big difference in how people act compared to mango adapatations.
Production cost is usually cheap as hell so the overall pictures seem like they are from a porn set.
