Why is Vegeta so popular with normies? If you look at things like gym apparel for example you'll see Vegeta much more than Goku and it makes no sense.

Goku (pre-Super lobotomy) is a humble hero dedicated to the craft of self-improvement and mastering both mind and body. He doesn't believe in limits, only in roadblocks.

Meanwhile Vegeta is conceited with an inflated ego, constantly boasting about being the royalty of a dead race he only cares about when it's time to brag. He constantly whines and seethes about a "low class warrior" being ahead of him and didn't even care about his own family until it was too late. He even mentally cucked to a floating testicle just to get strong enough to match Goku.

Vegeta simply doesn't have any heroic or even admirable qualities so why the normie glazing? If anything Goku is the example we should seek to imitate.

Because dragon ball fans are retarded and they vegeta works hard which appeals to ape brain gym normies even though vegeta literally got super saiyan offscreen/crying like a baby.
Also he gets just as many free powerups like everyother dbz character, even natuto had more training scenes

Bejita is just more iconic because he represents the constant struggle that the everyday man experiences. He also has much more iconic scenes and goes through different developments, he exhibits cunning and ambition in Namek despite being KWAB'd by Freezer, learns about his future son in Cell and there's the whole Majin thing in Buu.

Goku is all about self-improvement and enjoying life and thats just not how they want to live. They hit the gym because they are insecure and have a chip in their shoulder, just like Vegeta.
