Sad thing is it’s probably the best JJK arc. Everything before HI was just structureless nonsense, Shibuya was just nothing but fights and we don’t even need to talk about everything past Shibuya. HI at least had some semblance of a story and Toji was alright

Just about Hidden Inventory in general: as interesting as the arc is leading to JJK0, Gojo doesn't seem interesting enough on his own to me long-term?

I wish we had some few arcs focusing on Yuji's cohort (the Jujutsu Present) to balance the gravity of this (the Past). Heck, I'd entertain character-establishing Juju Strolls for them on the side while that arc is the 2nd season's entreé - makes the whole world-shattering Incident a bit more...gripping.

3. Toji wouldn't have minded Gojo coming back, he challenges awakened Gojo because he wanted to 'bring the world of curse users to its knees', he his pride means that Gojo could've survived and he'd still get his way in his mind because he thinks he could never lose.

Keep in mind he had no idea purple could carve a hole in his body in an instant, awakened Gojo in his mind was just another (very powerful) curse user to beat and not the Gojo we know that defines the series.
