Demon Slayer is the textbook definition of a cheeseburger anime. The "plot" is as basic bitch as it gets. It's unironically "Kill the Demon King: The Animated Series" and that’s what they do. No worldbuilding, no twists, no intrigue, no embellishments, just straightforward storytelling that barely fleshes out its world. None of the characters are written well, they're all one-note and annoying. They don't qualify as characters, they're caricatures so much so that I'm under the impression that the author is in the spectrum (the author is a tranny and as one should know, trannies and autism goes hand in hamd).

The power system is non-existsnt and the fights all comes down to swinging their swords harder, making it no different from Wan Piss and pretty much every single shounenshit ever made whose conflicts are resolved by the tard hero punching harder. Even the villains, the main highlight to every shounenshit, are cartoonish levels of evil who suddenly starts to become sympathetic because bad shit happened to them. In a way, Demon Slayer is Naruto for the cuck generation, from the one-dimensional characters to the sob story olympics. But its characters makes One Piece's characters look like a bunch of Raskolnikovs.

Also, to further add, the final battle is one of the worst finales and the forced development of Iguro Obanai encapsulates on the author's incompetence.

His father doing a weird fire dance in a fever dream is not foreshadowing, it's symbolic rubbish. There's no actual connection drawn until after the battle.
