That’s not how that works. Demons supposedly only care about magic power. They are almost always greatly superior to non-demons in this respect, but if they run across Frieren and she decides to show them her full aura they would shit themselves, run, or throw themselves to her feet and beg / bargain for their lives. They are not racist, they are magic-supremescists with no empathic feelings. If Frieren or Serie told some random demon to do something they’d fucking do it, just like if a great lord pulled up on a peasant walking on the street and told the peasant to do something they’d do it out of terror of what would happen to them if they didn’t.
