Skip the filler arc of the white haired man and the one written by Ninninger's writer. Some of the AU filler episodes are really funny and the arc written by Kamen Rider Wizard's writer was surprisingly solid.
People usually say Bleach turned to shit due to the final arc in the manga, but right now the anime adaptation has fixed a lot of the issues, but since it hasn't finished adapting the arc we don't know yet if it will fix everything.
