Why none of the big shonen fantasy series are isekai?
Imagine how kino it'd be if Naruto/Luffy/Natsu was an otherworlder.

The shounen isekai series don't have required depth of the story to make it be huge unlike Seinen. They just won't get off the ground to begin with.

Because isekai is a lazy setting. The author doesn't want to give out a good reason to throw out lore so they just make the MC a child who asks about the tiniest things as if the audience is completely retarded and cannot understand anything just by seeing things.
Only good isekai is Dorohedoro.
