Why none of the big shonen fantasy series are isekai?
Imagine how kino it'd be if Naruto/Luffy/Natsu was an otherworlder.

Because isekai is a lazy setting. The author doesn't want to give out a good reason to throw out lore so they just make the MC a child who asks about the tiniest things as if the audience is completely retarded and cannot understand anything just by seeing things.
Only good isekai is Dorohedoro.
