nah, the osts/score were so kino. kenshuke ushio did an amazing job in making it a masterpiece. manga is nothing compared to the anime, but ik anime skipped some things from the manga, and it's still better

Nichijou is the only anime I ever rated a full 10/10 and I have seen roughly 300 shows.

The manga is in my top 5, but it really is required if you want to appreciate the movie to its full potential.
That being said, I've given FMP Fumoffu and Silent Voice both 10/10

>Makes the other childhood friends unimportant after they have moved the plot forward
>Skipped over the little details and symbolism explaining shouko's reasoning and behavior (essentially making her a one dimensional character)
>Missed the point of the story. It isn't merely a story about bullying, redemption and romance, it's about communication, hence "THE SHAPE OF VOICE"
>Skipped over shouko and miyoko in a swimsuit
The only good thing the movie gave us were those random shots of yuzu feet and the OST which is superb, but even back then people who read the manga were shitting on the movie when it released, they should've made it an anime instead

Iโ€™m watching Amagi Brilliant Park right now, and honestly, the only reason I havenโ€™t dropped it yet is the based main character. Oh and every single mascot in this show deserves to be strangled.

Can't be anything but Haruhi. Kinda cheating since I love the LN too but they made such a fantastic job adapting it

Honestly I disliked the manga as well. The final arcs and drama resolved in some of the worst ways possible. Pedro was the only highlight of these chapters and he appeared for only 2 panels.

But yeah it isn't a masterpiece either, most people i've talked to agree on that the way it ended was shitty because kawaii and ueno got off scot free. Personally i really like the manga because it changed my way of thinking and because miyoko is really cute

Fair enough, when I voice my criticism of the manga it's because I was really into it in the first place. MC and blind girl were a really cute ship.

Same, but I disagree that it needed a new season. The reason it's best is that the anime did its own thing and gave it a proper conclusion.
