Does Shimeji Simulation count? It turns non-4koma quite a lot. The currently running Yaotome x2 I really like too and it's half 4koma, half normal manga. I like manga that do both. Aho Girl started as a 4koma but moved away from it later.

This thread will probably be the usual suspects. Hidamari Sketch, GA, Hitoribocchi, Kiniro Mosaic, and Senryuu Shoujo are my favorites.

Do people actually consider the K-ON manga one of their favorites? It seemed pretty middling to me. It would be interesting if we could see a timeline where Kyoani didn't adapt it to see how popular it would have been then.
