I get that are some that have great designs but their source material is generally garbage and they also seem to have a short shelf life as to relevancy. It's bad to breathe in and never goes away once you do, but the riskss are easy to mitigate with wet sanding in general, a dust mask when you're using power tools, and a wipe down of your bench when you're done. I have a resin printer to make my own gks and I assure you that you shouldnt be fucking around with resin.
Get a proper ventilation setup and have a mask on for extra safety because that shit is poisonous as fuck and it is a sensitizer which means that with time it can make you allergic to resin.
There arent even proper studies about the long term damage of resin so everyone bets that it will be as bad as asbestos or silicosis.

You get many conflicting opinions because you get people who take such risks seriously (maybe a bit too much) and act with caution.

That's more a matter of space; it's your call, but ask yourself if you're actually going to collapse and set up that booth with any frequency if you put it there. You've gotta remember that there are things you can't do, things you can do, and things you can do but won't because they're inconvenient.

You'll want to be extra careful with dust though. Mask or no, you NEED to wet sand. Even without the health risks that crap will get everywhere if you don't and you don't want it in a living area.

It’s a million times for comfy for extended use than just regular particle mask just because of the exhale valve. And you can use the same mask with chemical filters when you need to.

I wore it on long JAL flights back when they required masks in-air. It was so much better than a normal muzzle.
