Chakra seems easier to learn but more genetic dependent.
Yeah I get that HxH has the genetics too but the majority of the most powerful characters are from some kind of notable clan.
Chrollo, Ging, Hisoka, Biscuit, Netero and so on are normal people from seemingly normal families.
