I'm going to give this a few more chapters then I'll drop it, everything just feels too convenient. It's like they wrote the end then contrived to make it fit as opposed to making a set plan on how to get there. And the characters just feel like a bunch of tropes

The names and characters are partially based on plants and flowers though, like Marigold, Belladonna and Birds of Paradise (Gokuraku and Richia). Kumugi is a nonsense word but Komugi means wheat. Her last name is harvest so it obviously refers to that

Weekly Shonen Champion is more lenient because they just need something to sell, and Iruma is their biggest cash cow

These starving Witches don't get men often in their speciality. Well genius men like Goku don't come often probably several lifetimes pass before a man who is useful to the Witch's comes around by pushing the envelop of magic tools. And then you have Ichi who is a literal miracle child.
