I've been day 1 buying the volumes ever since serialization started and it really is an amazing manga. You can read it even with intermediate Japanese skills since it doesn't have lots of text or difficult words. Here are spoilers from the end of volume 5.

After escaping from the massive earth dragon's territory (which had really cool design), the dragon shota (who has been revealed to be a water dragon) is now being targeted by a group of fire dragons on top of the domineering dragon girl from OP's picture. Everyone wants to breed the shota brat.
