the whole plot felt gimmicky. I'm all for misogynistic manga, works that explore men's hatred of women, but it has to be dealt with delicately. that manga was just shock value without any depth, which is kind of disappointing. it had potential
This story isn't about misogyny or incel shit, I assume people saying that didn't read the incredibly short story and just assume so based on the attention-grabbing title. The actual premise isn't exactly subtle. >first urge to punch a womanwhen he starts puberty >first target is is childhood friend he likes >has a small but vague desire to punch all women he sees except his mother and sister >a new woman enters his life and catches his attentionbecause he feels intense desire to punch her >after reuniting with his childhood friend he gets an uncontrollable urge to punch them again

I mean the whole story ends on him breaking down in a teary confession after he once again scares off his childhood friend by beating the stuffing out of her (after she lets her guard down and believes he changed). It's just written clumsy as all hell
