A thread or two back I did a shitty little analysis of how Kaedegami was being paced relative to KGB given comparisons. Right now its biggest issue is that it’s taking longer to expand the cast and introduce the villain and conflict of the arc so the next few chapters will be crucial.

Even I liked the first 2 chapter of PPP but I got bored of it gimmicks already, plus you need to understand pingpong rules to fully enjoy the manga and this manga doesn't encourage me to learn nor the author intends to add expositions to teach newbies about pingpong, if it remains the same till chapter 9, hard to tell if it's gonna live up to the readers' expectations or not when it's directionless, no plot, no stake, no gag, weird artstyle, the future gimmicks could be a hit or a miss, it's uncertain.
