The one-shot is called 司書のおしごと/ The Librarian's Job. I haven't carefully read it, but from skimming the pages, it seems to be a mystery-supernatural manga. Itou/糸生 won 100th Tezuka award before, and the editor for this oneshot was Murakoshi. It's interesting that their favorite manga is 『イグジス』Kotoyama's debut series which is pretty obscure.
