When I was around 8, we went to a vacation with my grandparents next to the Danube. I've collected some cool rocks. One of them was palm sized, flat, smooth, white and looked totally like an used soap. Next day my grandma went to shower and she picked that rock from the table, thinking it was an actual soap and was confused when it didn't lather.

I don't know what those other guys are talking about, but full squats are 90% about ankle flexibility, which is something you csn easily train. The exercise I know is to point your big toe against a wall and then bend your knee until it touches the wall. You can eventually move your foot farther away from the wall as you start to get more flexible. It's important not to stretch too much or you could snap your achilles, so always make sure your heel is firmly against the ground (as in comfortably planted, not "I'm putting all my weight on it to get it to touch the ground")

Like 20 years ago my dad and I went to Rhodes by ourselves because mom had to get knee surgery on a short notice and couldn't go with us.
