Well there are female trainers even in further anime adptations and in game you canso some lucky horsegirl gonna end with somehot woman one way or another.
In Uma Musume: Pretty Derby game, you play as a trainer who mentors horse girls. The game allows you to choose the gender of your player character, the trainer, and customize their name. While all the Uma Musume (horse girls) in the game are female, the player character, the trainer, can be either male or female.
But I agree we will never get Uma anime with main girl having a female trainer.
It's similair to Fate franchise anime where we will never get it having female MC paired up wih female servant case.
