The entire hospital arc is probably my favorite in the manga. I love the core mastery and the way it slowly unravels, and I love the atmosphere and tone a lot. It's hard to explain, but it feels somewhat otherworldly, as if they were isolated from the rest of the world in a place that feels almost ethereal. I'm enjoying this adaptation (the cast of VA is pitch-perfect), but I don't think they've managed to capture the mood.
