Presumably, the "simplest" method you'd find a way to convince the entities that gave him his power to revoke it (assuming they can) and then go after him normally. Then indeed, within the context of his own setting, he is functionally invincible. Even outside of it, my previous assertion of a power negator wouldn't work since what we see is merely a projection. A higher-tier reality manipulator could win, but no such entity exists within his own setting, so that point is moot.

With that in mind, the only way to kill him within his own setting would be to get him to kill himself. How one would achieve that result, I know not, as I got the sneaking suspicion that even hostile intent directed towards those he cares about like a hostage situation would somehow be overcome by the automatic nature of his power (e.g. the villains plotting to get him to suicide by threatening his friends in exchange for his life suddenly die themselves). If that's the case, then the best an aspiring antagonist can hope for is to indirectly cause him as much despair as possible without ever directly intending to harm him (e.g. a smear campaign, cuckoldry, guilt-tripping, economic ruin, etc.). Admittedly, that has an exceedingly low chance of actually working, especially if he's sociopathic/psychopathic, but it is theoretically possible unless his power can even kill depression, in which case the plan fails utterly.

Yogiri's feats are fraudulent. All these characters that the author uses are part of the Entity behind Yogiri (Yogiri is just an avatar). They never had absolute control over the things they insist they have because only Yogiri does, and the author even stated that MC's powers are not absolute.

Yogiri's whole schtick isn't that he kills things, it's that he "ends" them, i.e. he brings things to their logical conclusion at the absolute end of literally all of creation and reality ever ever, which means he can't be bypassed or tricked or overpowered because "everything ends"
