Chasing Spica author and maybe Ogino Jun.

Outside of those magazines guys are most common, most yuri LNs, especially the fantasy ones are written by guys (and draw by women), some of them which were know for non yuri work before, like Iruma who wrote Denpa Onna, Redo Healer author or Shin Testament of the Devil author are examples of this.
