2) takagi the superhero, which is making her die each time she can't save someone. desu could be a cool line of people starting to form together to beat the puberty syndrome. The only one who can save us all by himself is Jesus Christ

overall, the series is picking back up from the first arc

It's so cut and dry as autismonogatari in college with butaman being an emotional therapy superhero (but only to cute girls) with fairly realistic sorts of social stresses and trauma responses and reading the atmosphere and on and on that I feel like there's nothing to talk about. I really wouldn't be surprised if it's just a lack of narration in the original prose that sucks the energy out. I started reading Shoushimin's source after the anime ended and the impact on tone really is night and day with narration and without it.
