It might mean Kawamichi doesn't have much real experience of being hit and beat down. I wouldn't mind a result where Yuzuha having taken 80% damage edges out Kawamichi at 25% damage, just because that damage is impairing Kawamichi's performance much more. But right Yuzuha hasn't landed a single hit, and having fights end with a sudden reversal single finisher is (now) a Sandro classic but a bit boring to read.

Hina being the Kuroki doomposting on the sidelines to hype up the villain, her being compared to Hina in the first place, villain being a cocky prodigy who looks down on practice, Yuzuha being cheered on, ect.

These. If I had never read a single Sandro work after the end of Ashura I would legitimately say it could go either way. It's only because I've been so tempered in Omega to see the subtle things-Yuzuha getting the morale boost, how smug her enemy is AND the fact that her being a habitual killer makes her, metanarratively, doomed to lose so a nonlethal survivor can continue to hang out with ze girls-that I know an inevitable upset is coming. But because I do, I know Yuzuha's winning this. Maybe with a few broken bones. But I'm fully expecting a Total Yuzuha Victory next issue, maybe followed by putting the killer through some humiliation rituals to render her fully subservient to Yuzuha. You know, kind of like a certain attempted shower assassination.

I would say overall, this fight is the closest Sandro can get to recreating the tension of Cosmo vs Akoya.

Seriously we've had multiple "i'll win because I kill people" antagonists, multiple cases of Unfathomable Hina stating antagonists are oh so strong!! The Riko fight was her eating shit for three chapters while Yu tanked everything... right up until it was time for her to lose and Oh! the damage caught up with me all a once. And every time it happens (again) people act like wow this time it's interesting! Oh no wait, this time it's really good!

I can already see these threads when an antagonist does finally get even a completely inconsequential win.
