As an anon and I discussed last chapter, it's likely that the computer claiming that the boss was worth 100 on his own was wrong. It was made by a hacking a Gantz tech, after all, so it could be less than 100% reliable. Call the big alien and the frog 2 points total and the boss 98 and it works out to 100.
That or Oku just forgot about Kato's earlier kills, which is just as likely since that arc took forever to complete in real time.
