What's the watch order for this? There's two movies, apparently one is a remake of the start of the OVA and one is a prequel, but the prequel was released first?

Movie 1 and then all 110 episodes.
Movie 2 can replace episodes 1 and 2 but I say it's not worth it because whenever anybody discusses the franchise they're discussing the episodes and not the movies. Watch movie 2 on its own and not as a replacement.
