That assumes Magellan would be there at all times. He's an office guy most of the time and told Hancock she could take her time with Ace but Hancock was done quickly. That said, Hancock's condition for fighting in Marineford was finding Ace and BB did kill the crew of the ship he was with so he was rearing for a right all along.

NTA but that's not how rubber works. The number of volts Enel was sending would've killed Luffy many times over, rubber or not. It doesn't neutralize electricity. It has a high electrical resistance, making it very difficult for electricity to pass through it. So if you're wearing rubber gloves, you're less likely to be shocked through your hands because of the gloves. Electricity always does path of least resistance, which means if there's only 1 path it'll go for it anyway.

Just say you beat Kizaru by using troll physics on light or that you can exaggerate any element into anything else. Just say that you're making your rubber so dark that it absorbs all light in the area and you take pieces of Kizaru's body every time you touch him because it absorbs light into you. If cartoon physics work then Kizaru would be easy to beat. Or you can beat Enel by hitting him with wood because wood too is an insulator even if less capable one than rubber. Glass is also a powerful insulator so mirrors ought to destroy Enel the same way Luffy can.
