The initial uruha's escape is great start for movie, and then end at hotel bloodshed final duel between chihiro vs samura. so season 2 can focus more on Kamunabi HQ which should be much better than swap between KMNB HQ and Kyoto sequences in-between season 2 like Mugen Train.

Not really, I personally think the manga will go on for around 350 chapters, I don't think this arc will last to chapter 175, it'll probably go up to 120 or something, that's if we conserve the current (already slow) pacing though, things might change and maybe Kagurabachi goes on for 10 years.
