Serial Killer Bitch was the biggest surprise of the season so far. It was written, directed and boarded by Noburo Furukawa, who had been a production assistent at Trigger for the longest time before directing some stuff here and there and boarding his first episode for Dungeon Meshi. It was both smartly written and nailed the Giallo feel with the crazy colors and camera angles and the inventive staging of the kills. My favorite part is probably when Panty shoots through the floor and the differently colored light seeps from the holes to the cellar.

Scatty and the Serial Killer episodes were kino. Not sure how I feel about the Garterbelt turtle episode though. Besides using Brief as bait as an attempt to attract him and the random guy being abducted by 2 Garterturtles, he's been ridiculously toned down. We went from Highschool Nudical/Map of Daten City/Episode where he fingers Brief in S1 to how he nowadays in season 2. I guess thats probably either to the fact that we now have the demon sisters (and gayjin) as extra characters to focus the screen on that its hard to really make more Garterbelt jokes/episodes. Definitely could've been worse but I can't help but point that out. Besides that though this episode had a better 3rd part compared to the previous two, even if last week had the best visuals imo.
