He used Aushwalen to get all the fragments of his power back, some quincies survives despite the source of their power being ripped out of them.

Somehow the very little remains of Ywach's power consolidated and were beginning to manifest. Considering how Ywach works, he would have granted some living thing nearby his power and then slowly gain power that way. But the only thing nearby was something that's possibly carrying a hollow, causing it to self-destruct since hollows are poison to Quincy.

But that's just my personal head cannon. Who knows what Kubo actually had in mind.

Kazui is the 2nd Yhwach.
Think about it, the shit ton of symbolism of Ichigo representing the soul king in the anime. And Kazui is the son of Ichigo aka mini soul king. Kazui is fucking with hell and he'll (no pun intended) be the viillain in the hell arc.

the moment he realized he failed to shatter zangetsu he used all the power he had available to invoke the almighty to create a future where he came back, presumably this was how he came back a thousand years after being killed the first time around too. His plan was probably just pick a timeline where Ichigo had kids and auswhalen then to get enough power back at once to then spam The Almighty a few times and kill Orihime and Ichigo himself

I'd assume it has something to do with the promise of death he made prior to stepping through the portal to Soul Society. Considering how bullshit the Almighty is, I wouldn't doubt the he could prime a portion of his power in advance to attack everyone at their happiest moment

he's not going to be the villain of the hell arc he's going to be the dark messiah, the hero of hell and savior of the damned, and it's going to climax with him and ichigo doing a father-son getsuga tensho.
