Okay so I keep seeing people say that the only reason people hate Asa is because she's not like a fantasy girlfriend or "healer" for Denji, and like, yeah that might be true for some people, but that's not why most of us are annoyed with her right now. I actually liked Asa in the beginning of Part 2. She had her own story, her own thoughts, and you could tell what she wanted. She felt like a real person going through crazy stuff, and it was cool to see her deal with everything.

But after the Church arc, she just kind of... disappeared? Not literally, but as a character. Now it feels like every time she's on screen, it's just to say something about Denji or protect Denji or simp for Denji, and then Yoru shows up and takes over the scene anyway.
