>>281286542>Name changeHonestly, I'm sure Yude's editors probably suggested it to them
Mantarobros...the humiliation ritual begins...
>>281285673at least Terry Kid and Seuchin reappeared, Gazelleman is still MIA
>>281286591>beginsDamn I thought it started a long time ago.

>>281285836I think the glass thing is also to keep them warm
>>281286556rare goofy Kevin moment
also thanks OP
>>281286831Kevin only checks out of cool mode when he's around Mantaro. It's great.
how did Barrierfreeman and Legox got into the top 10 but Chloe not
Kinda nuts that Kevin (eventually), Jade, and Wally are the closest friends Mantaro has who aren't meat.
Oh yeah, Check too. At least I think so.
Kevin and Mantaro becoming friends is easily one of the best parts of Nisei given what it represents for both of their character arcs and it's a shame we have to suffer Mantaro being like he is for 3/4 of the run for them to really hit their stride.
>>281284074One on one against Mammothman on MONDAY NIGHT RAW
>>281285942>Mantaro with the Homer Simpson mentality
>>281286939I mean, Suguru's entire posse was made up of people who fucking hated him at first. Most of them tried to murder him.
I rather have a tag team match for the main event.
Hola Hola
I'll be honest my fellow Warsmaniacs, I'm starting to develop a special kind of contempt for Jaqueline. Mostly because how much she revels in this Brutal Choujin behavior and goes against what Silverman intended for his descendants
>>281286591It began 3 threads ago with Wash-Ass, anon
>>281287004hardcarryman vs nosellman would be insane
>>281287240Brock vs Goldberg sucked ass
>>281287004Mammothman one on one, in bed with me! (I wonder what counts as foreplay for Chojinโฆ)
>>281285186It reminds me of how Natsuko used to bully Mari. Maybe Rinko sees a bit of her mom in Keiko.
>I was born as an Evil Choujin, but I'm trying to change my ways and fight on the side of Justice.
>OH GOD THIS MONSTER TALKED TO US HE'S GONNA KILL US ALL
>Let's have a good, fair match
>HE USED A JOINT SUBMISSION, TRULY THE SPAWN OF DARKNESS
>No matter the result, I hope neither of us will have bad feelings
>TRYING PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE AGAIN, NO WONDER HE'S KNOWN AS SATAN'S BLACK REAPER
Is everyone ok?
>>281285856>Ricardo, your blood dooms you to violence and cruelty, you can never reach the purity of a justice choujin>Anyway here's our new gimmick : the ring of slow and painful death by rusty swords
>>281286939I'm... not sure I'd count Meat
>>281289615Every choujin is vulnerable to gaslighting in this era. It's like Mars getting Jade to believe that Brocken killed his adoptive parents but on a mass scale.
>>281281029>>281281075Feel bad for him. Despite everything he's still good at his job, his sister only has her looks going for her.
>>281281314Now that's just rude!
>>281281529But choujins have an extremely effective healing rate!
Reminder that Mars did way worse to Jade and people were still cheering for him and all before his DMP reveal.
Kevin still gets cheers despite fighting like an evil choujin in his last match as well.
Wash Ass openly declared his intent to kill Mantaro by shooting a hole through him and flushing him away and still wasn't considerd evil.
But somehow it's only bad when Ricardo does it despite him openly trying to fight against his worse urges
>>281287177I understand that, but imo Jacqueline is a spoiled brat whom Harabote and Ikemen won't say no to for some reason. I can't fully hate her unless she refuses correction. Someone just needs to beat her ass and set her straight, and sadly her family won't do it.
>>281281908The committee should start scanning choujin for fake skin before matches starts. This is way too common.
>>281282139They're not so different.
>>281282453Rare female choujin
>>281282532Nice save Ikemen.
>>281282612I mean, he's got a point.
>>281292582Who's you guys' favorite rare female choujin?
Mine is Buffalo Clan woman (RIP).
>>281282697The more we see of Jacqueline the more I wonder why people want her to end up with Mantaro.
Not even getting back at Harabote is worth it, it just isn't.
>>281292712well She does drop her bloodthirsty habit at the end of this arc. So she's basically normal afterward. It's that plus Rinko can't make up her mind on if she even considereds Mantaro a friend or not. there's anothe lover trangle in the UTag arc with her and it just gets old.
>>281283675Brocken, you have no bed?
>>281284312None of them kept going after the towel was thrown, though.
>>281284504She just wants blood, isn't she?
>>281284963That sounds nasty.
I wonder if they revive Kinnikuman Nisei, will Kevin be a justice chojin or a devil chojin?
>>281285450Brazillians are always in party mode, aren't they?
>>281285813>The sight of two choujins mauling each other is enough to get me hot!Kinky
>>281286513Them the rules
>>281286529>Jacqueline holding off the slaughterOut of character.
>>281286939I count Ikemen as a friend.

>>281292220If you ask me it's all these toxins the kids are exposed to, it fucks with their brains
>>281292699I'm a basic guy.
>>281293086Justice or idol. The revival lacks a lot of the edge and darker tone Nisei has.
>>281293906They'd legit be good friends if they hung out in a non work situation with Harabote not interfering. They have a lot in common
The Harabote kids are fun because they're both completely unapologetic psychos
I'm more annoyed by the goody two shoes types like Meat / Jade because their morals feel completely schizophrenic
>>281284416Jacqueline should be in the next submission match
>>281294383Helps that Ikemen actually has a funny side to his character
>>281294219But since Devil Chojins and Perfect Chojins are back in their original factions, shouldnโt Kevin be a Devil Chojin too in the Nisei revival?
>>281294219>>281294917I feel like Kevin would stay a lone wolf type. Closer to Devils, but not under Akuma Shogun. Basically Ikki where he pops up every arc to beat the shit out of someone.
>>281294820I like him way more than his Dad despite being just as petty of a hater. Making him be the butt of the joke often makes him way more endearing than Harabotte who never got any kind of punishment for his colossal fuckups with Generation-ex.
>>281295149Yeah, evenshe if Mars hadn't infiltrated the Hercules Factory, Gen EX, besides Jade, were a bunch of assholes who would make terrible heroes
Imagine having a protagonsit like Mantaro and going "you know what he's missing? Being racist" lmao.
>>281286112They're really doing their best to make Ricardo likeable. I hope he doesn't have a bad end.
I was thinking how Kevin and Chaud/ProtoMan.exe were probably the first two rivals I saw in a show
This lead me to thinking how both Kinnikuman and MegaMan are mostly fan submissions for the designs
And then to thinking of Kinnikuman Battle Network where Chojin replace the Robot Masters as the basis for the Navi
Lan obviously gets Kinnikuman.exe
Dunno if Chaud would get Robin Mask.exe or Terryman.exe while Robin is the Bass.exe equivalent
Mayl gets Bibimba.exe
If Chaud gets Robin then Dex gets Terryman.exe
Yai gets Meat.exe
I guess we now know Ikemen is going to be the unexpected(?) favorite of this storytime
Ricardoโs dilemma I think is close enough to Buffalomanโs in the revival that I wonder if it was done in response to it. If they were to ever try it again with full force, I think Ricardo should be caught as an Evil Chojin and ostracized by the general public, forcing him to double down on his heel tendencies, but anyone who knows him should be able to see his hesitation and how he secretly pulls his punches despite how gory he makes it look. Maybe heโs beating himself up for not properly mourning his familyโs death and tries to honor his heritage, but while heโs cheating and licking blood on the outside, heโs utterly miserable on the inside, realizing that while he was born an Evil Chojin, he ultimately wants to have fair fights determined by skill and gumption. Once he realizes that he gets to control how he shapes his life and casts aside the obligations set upon him by a family that didnโt raise him in favor of his loved ones, Ricardo gets reborn as a Justice Chojin proper and fights at full strength to beat the bad guy and use Friendship Power etc etc.
>>281297734The problem with Ricardo's plot is that he's a conflicted man that's being bullied into being a heel for essentially no reason other than looking "too scary" to be a justice chojin, no amount of self-reflection is going to help him when the issue is that the good guys vehemently don't want him on his team.
The solution is so obvious it hurts: Have him come back for the Demon Seed arc and sacrifice himself. Nobody even has to realize they were dicks, because this is Nisei and nobody ever does, just make Ricardo get his friendship power from the other chaotic choujin: by teaming up with the likes of Kevin and Mars, Ricardo realizes he can embrace the evil nature left to him by his parents while also fighting for justice, which is ultimately what he actually wants to do, and that he can just tell other justice chojin to go fuck themselves because he's going to help anyway.
Hell, I would go one step further and use Ricardo to make Ashuraman realize that the problem with his son wasn't denying his nature as evil, it was never addressing it: he was condemning his son to the same kind of bullying and inner turmoil Ricardo has but with added betrayal on top, of course he snapped.
There, you've know fixed the 2 most annoying instances of "Muh evil blood" in Nisei.
I still find it funny how the different tone in Nisei and Revival writing wasn't something that took a long time and just happened when the series was switched.
>>281298267Maybe if Pashango still raised him but a rival student who is obsessed with justice defeating evil exposed his secret and either dies or ostracizes Ricardo to force him into leaving the school, it wouldnโt hurt as bad. Really you can have so many different routes for this character, but they ended up choosing neither.
>>281297734Ricardo is the kind of character that needs a fight against a REAL bastard an actual dyed in the wool evil choujin kind of like what Curry Cook fought in his one shot
>>281298370>I still find it funny how the different tone in Nisei and Revival writing wasn't something that took a long time and just happened when the series was switched.Once they started writing the OG cast in their prime in the UTag arc, Yudetamago probably caught more heat for the flaws Nisei had and when deciding to do the revival, they had to re-evaluate some things. That and if they really did base Nisei on a specific era of wrestling, especially in the west, it had already passed by the time of the Revival.
You can see bits of the Revival's style of writing creeping in near the end of the UTag arc.
>>281298267>The crowd boos Ricardo for using dirty tactics while trying to save Meat>He tells them to shut and that he doesn't care anymore
>>281298267What, you don't want THE BARRIERFREEMAN joining the Idol Choujin ?
>>281301372Him having a "Your boos mean nothing, I have seen what makes you cheer" moment about being an evil choujin would have honestly been peak.
>>281301592It's sort of like Atlantis not caring about the boos of the crowds, but being glad to hear from his one fan. Seeing how that was ranked #4 in the arc fight ranking, it probably would have worked.
