I think this is the second person I've seen talking about the drinks and what they mean, it was mentioned before too in this series of episode reviews. I remember having this discussion with some people in a chat and going back and seeing how these interactions involving drinks unfolded, Anon usually trying to match the other party being a pretty good allusion to her mindset when interacting with people.

Also picrel is the first time I've seen this insight and it's really good. The obvious take is this refers to Sakiko and Hatsune's circumstances but it could be applied to the rest of the band.

There's nothing wrong with admitting and accepting that TakiTomo, for whatever reason it may be, doesn't jingle people's brains like the other ships do, and therefore, doesn't get drawn as much as them.
At the end of the day, people will draw what they want, and it's also not a competition so there's no point in getting upset over which one's more popular and which one is less popular.
I know it can suck when the thing you like most and best is not as popular as you'd like, with all the benefits it brings about, but it is what it is and it's better to just accept it than to live in resentment.
