This is definitely the most viable solution, but the issue with vat-changing (Or resin substitution more broadly) is that complex figures are rarely made up of large, monocolor chunks. And even if you are patient enough to swap out the resin for every color change, you'd still run into issues where the color isn't uniform across a given layer line. It's just too limiting and you'd probably want to go back and paint some shading on even things like skin or hair parts anyway.

Which price increase? They've been increasing prices year over year since like, 2021. In 2020 they were the only game in town while everything was shut down, so they ended up hiking prices because of that. Then they started increasing prices every year, early in the year. It was the worst to the US since the increases were 25-30% every year, whereas to everywhere else it was like 5-7%.

US also got separated out into its own delivery zone or whatever in 2021 or 2022, and the price for all packages from all carriers and couriers increased then too.
