Dude, the manga has all the exercises depicted like a helpful manual or magazine insert, comedy is even more prevelant, there's TONS more eroticism, and there's nearly 200 chapters. With each episode lasting about 3 chapters, and only 12 episodes... there's enough content for for at least 5 more seasons!

And, if you're convinced you need a "routine," there are, in fact, many chapters that DO give you a routine of exercises (and their reps x sets) for you to try if you have a goal of something in mind.
Seriously. Give the manga a try. You'll be surprised how helpful (and funny) it actually is. Even for some Japanese guys just writing a cartoon.
