So far, we only have the sillouette and overlay of the red Princess to go by. Comparing both with what we've seen of the Red Queen, I noticed that the red Princess has no visible butterfly motives, while the Red Queen's face is covered in them. However, the silloette of the white Princess does have what might be a butterfly on her if you let the schizophrenia flow freely. So what I'm suggesting is that there has been a switch with the white Princess becoming the Red Queen.
Furthermore, Minamo's mom - as I only noticed this ep - has a fair amount of red in her hair and eyes. Given that Calist is clearly seeing the red Princess in Minamo, her mom might have been her.
