When you give a short girl tits this size my brain no longer registers it as a loli and it's just a short stack. Why even insist on calling it a loli when flat chest isn't bundled into the deal, which is one of the loli defining traits? Zenzen wakaran.

The traits of a loli are the personality and likely that they're a schoolgirl. Them having dumb tits can add fun. The faces still look loliesque enough, I feel enough difference from Pic related (or other oppai lolis) to a true shortstack.
Even without the massive jugs, I wouldn't mistake Uzaki for a loli, the proportions are all different.
