Although all versions follow the same idea (timeskip > Deku is now a UA teacher and also a hero with a special suit), each has a different tone and PoV. So how will Bones do it?

1 - They will use only the serialization's ending (Deku)

2 - They will use the epilogue's ending (Izuocha)

3 - They will use the special's ending (Eri)

4 - They will use all three in the exact order they came out

5 - They will create an ending combining the three in a new way

6 - They will create an original ending

7 - OVA/Movie

The epilogue didn't change anything, it just expanded on what the serialization had already shown. Overall, only muricas and Westerners with murica-rotted minds had a problem with the conclusion. The Japanese loved it.

Bakugo's Japanese fans definitely didn't think the epilogue didn't change anything.

These two characters wearing pins in their ties wasn't changed in the volume. Either there are two tall bulky reverse traps in the younger class or it's possible for male students to wear the girls' clip on ties and Deku looked like a retard for nothing.

The final battles are so awful I’m currently leaning towards not watching the next season. If All-Might came back with an Eri rewind to have an apocalyptic summit battle with AFO, if Deku vs Shiggy was reworked into a proper last battle and not spirit-talk-no-jutsu fag shit, then I’d definitely watch it. But with the way the fight is it’s hard to see myself caring.

In a part Vigs thread I mentioned that AFO must be nerfed into irrelevancy most of the time or else the plot is dead. He’s just too strong of a SUPPORT character — money, connections all over the world, Garaki, and most important of all the ability to give out Quirks freely is god-tier. Being able to mix and match an ideal Quirk mix for any villain team is absolutely broken and not something that can be replicated by the Heroes. So the question is: if Hori had written AFO making the best use of his talents and resources, COULD the plot actually exist where the good guys win? I mean, without Deku actually getting to use OFA at full power? This came up when considering WHY ON EARTH would AFO let Bee get stomped by KD? Shirakuma is, like, right there, she could have been evacuated or if it came down to it AFO could have went over and ended the threat with 0 effort.

Alternatively, they do 5, but they add in some original stuff such as Deku being a cool teacher to his students. Another thing could be Deku knowing and occasionally participating in the supersuit's development, by trying out various prototypes of the supersuit to provide feedback.

Deku would have been a vastly better character if he had inherited AFO instead of OFA and became vigilante. In terms of narrative, character, and battle design that would have been a million times more compelling.

Honestly doesn't live up to the legacy of a "big" SJ manga.
Good start but lamed out.
Mirio and Todoroki family were more interesting that decuck.
