Depends on whether we're talking about current Ryuki or early series Ryuki. Ryuki would probably need to kill Meguro to beat him, and I don't think current Ryuki has it in him.
There's a pretty stark difference in physicality as well, and I don't see Ryuki being able to bust him up as well as even Muteba did.
I know that it's a joke about the pose, but I wanted to entertain the idea just a bit.

Sandro keeps giving Ryuki's buffs to Koga too, while Koga receives his own individual buffs, so Ryuki is quickly losing relevance. Even worse the Gaoh Style repeatedly fails when used by Ryuki but suddenly it works out for Koga.

To be fair to Ohma, he's kind of always been some flavor of self-centered fightsexual. His whims have taken him all over the place and he sorta just does whatever fits his fancy. By that point there was no going back for him. Fighting Raian sped up his death and stepping down would have been pointless, go big or go home
Omega Ohma''s "New lease on life" belief just seems to be him doing whatever but without the consequence of dying but he also doesn't have the excuse of being brain damaged so badly he developed a whole other personality, so he really does come across more as a selfish guy in his early 30's who just barely cares about his annoying half brother
