I think Marv from home alone is more incompetent. Yes it is intentional for comedic aleffect, but that doesn't change the level of portrayed incompetence. Especially the overconfident barefooted stomp down onto the Xmas decorations after having perforated his foot with a nail earlier speaks volumes on his inability to do anything, well, competently.

No? Aside from Regulus they all fuck lots of shit up and Regulus fucked shit up as part of backstory and is only completely incompetent in the story. Their opposition is a time looper that they might even be being manipulated into losing to by their ostensible leader, and even with that all of them except Regulus have inflicted lasting damage and consequences through loops.

Regulus was involved in taking out Crusch and Rem. The only one who really didn't hurt people anyone cares about despite looping is Sirius for now and even she caused a fair amount of civilian casualties that stuck.
The two women in the back are supposed to be stronger than God Serena, and one of them jobbed to Lucy. And believe me, Lucy's more badass now than ever, but it's friggin' LUCY.

They are the most annoying for sure, season 3 was unbearable because every episode those fuckers kept babbling and babbling about how overpowered and crazy and psychopats they are, it became boring and i just wanted them to die already
