I hate that this is such a character assassination for Warsman because I actually like the progression of Chloe pushing Kevin more and more towards brutality in the name of winning and Kevin going along with it because he's so easily disarmed by what seems to be kindness without an ulterior motive, it's a nice parallel to Warsman's own arc towards discovering he prefers friendship.

Also during his original fight with kinnikuman there was a panel where kinnikuman accidentally removes his mask and comments he has brown hair and bushy eyebrows

You could kill Meat in front of Mantaro and he'd still be doing the comedic slapstick Shaggy and Scooby routine seconds later.

It's hard to make predictions because this manga is unhinged, but I'll try my best.
Chloe reveals himself at one's surprise to be Warsman, there's some plot dump about Warsman's regrets about Robin's defeat, how he trained Kevin to be an anti-Suguru wrestler (like how Robin trained him)
The situation looks dire but Mantaro releases his bullshit comeback power and even Kevin's popularity fueled plot armor has trouble handling it,. Kevin, a bit confused and even betrayed by the reveals, eventually begins to sees Mantaro not as an enemy of his family's legacy, not as someone to beat to "own" his father, but someone he wants to beat for himself
This triggers the completed version of his own BIS, and he wins, but the epiphany makes him respect Mantaro in a weird roundabout way

As for afterwards, I don't know really. Kinnikuman has little to no continuity between arcs pre-Revival so it could be anything to "dMp Faction comes back and raises trouble" (thinking about it, we still haven't seen the Perfects in that universe) to "Ikemen decides Mantaro must fight in an aztec wrestling ritual where the losers will have their hearts offered to Tezcatlipoca".

They do, kind of. He still has his "comedic" moments after this arc but the coward part basically goes away.

and Mantaro Does finish the Original Nisei manga run in 4th place Brocken Jr. In 3rd, Kevin in 2nd, and Warsman in 1st place. So something did change.

But the recent one has to be because of the quality of Mantaro's first two Olympics fights and people getting tired of his reset.

Also in the V-Jump Retelling of Nisei, All Out Choujin Assault, Mantaro finished in the 2nd spot, right under kevin, popularity wise.
