It's funny, I remember being a teenager in the 2000s, reading some manga that would have absolutely fucked up scenes or shitty characters being passed off as a normal every day thing.
it would happen so often when reading romance manga that one day i decided to start looking up the authors on baka updates and the pattern became clear right away.
