So not much more than Game of Thrones. But anyway, we'll get a much better idea of what they plan to do if they mention Pluton in season 3. Once they mention Pluton, there's no going back and we can assume they're aiming for the entire manga-accurate plot and lore. If they don't mention Pluton, then maybe one more season after Alabasta and they can finish everything off. But they'd have to skip all the Emperor and New World stuff too, obviously. So, it's possible.

The biggest problem, though, if they do that, would be skipping Water 7 and they'd have to be insane to do that. Maybe they can combine Water 7 with the ending and finding the one piece.

Skypiea is skippable if you weave its lore into Alabasta (say the Shandians were a former tribe of it or something and put Roger's Poneglyph there). Thriller Bark can easily be covered in one episode since it has a lot of meandering with getting chased and captured by zombies and gimmick tag team fights. Sabaody-Marineford can be written around by having the straw hats not get split up and stay with Rayleigh training for two years instead as the finale, with snippets of Marineford without Luffy being shown on the TV in Sabaody. You can also introduce Jinbei instead of Hachi at Sabaody.
