Still very lovely. Once they stopped arguing I worried that I would lose interest but their friendship is still fun (though I would like them to have small bickers here and there sometimes) and Ellen's arc was something I didn't expect in a good way.
Also Ellen joining the duo added an extra layer of fun dynamic for the group that was needed to spice up the season a bit more.
The Villain Trio are also very entertaining in their antics and funny.
Cure Muse still a mystery and I expected a reveal to her identity already but that's not important at the moment in the anime.
Can't wait to watch more episodes later.

Go Pri feels like the point where they really started leaning on the yearly gimmick on a consistent basis. I would designate that as the start of the second age.
Other than with HC with flowers and how it really went into flower language, the yearly gimmick didn't really inform the execution of the first 11 seasons. Maybe the yin-yang thing is relevant enough to FW and MH, but mentioning that Splash Star is the water season, Yes 5 is the butterfly season, Fresh is the fruit season, Suite is the music season, Smile is the fairy tale season, Doki is the playing card season, and Happiness Charge is the fashion season literally tells you nothing. The only other season that's like that after Go Pri is maybe Hugtto and how it's supposed to be the job season, but I think they had more episodes of Cures trying out various jobs in that season than say, the Yes 5's studying butterflies or the Doki's playing cards.

I would stick HS in the same era as Wonderful. I'd say that's the first recent season where they really started messing with the core formula by omitting the general meetings for the most part. Wonderful being an experimental season is obvious. Kimi to Idol seemed like a return to form season at first, but everything to do with Meroron pretty much shot that notion dead between that lock being cursed and Meroron being unwilling to become friends with the other Cures, especially the lead Uta, for... 16 straight episodes (probably at least 18 going by the summaries). People were having a little trouble reading Uta at first, but it's not like anyone thought she was that bizarre of a lead or anything like that. The silliest notion was Uta being a full Mana 2.0, but even if that actually did happen, it would still have been a call back season in a sense. I personally thought she felt the most like Love starting by about episode 3 or so, just a bit dumber and more prone to yuribait antics. That's an opinion I still have even now.
Meanwhile, punchy-wunchy and general meetings being back mostly made people think that this would be a mostly normal season. Other than a couple of idol antics episodes, nothing before Meroron really hints at the season being all that weird except maybe it being a bit more serialized than usual. Any red flags only started popping up once Meroron appeared, but I personally dismissed them until episode 17 happened.

There's a few differences but Nagisa's navel is the biggest one.
Like MH Honoka's second belt with a golden heart on it and her top extends over her skirt. Her boots are a little frillier too.

Suite was definitely the first season to try out a family dynamic for the whole Cure group. Though I view Ellen as the "wife of the family friend (Hummy)" and Ako as the "younger sister-in-law" rather than Hibiki and Kanade's children. I wouldn't say Suite has the best Cure dynamic, but I think it's underrated.
Doki was probably supposed to be a family dynamic and I'd say that at least the fairies feel like the siblings of their respective Cure, but that kind of gets overshadowed by how the main Cure character dynamics are executed like a harem scenario (which is a family in some sense, but still).
Maho definitely did it the best, and it helps that Haa-chan is literally the Cures' adoptive daughter except according to the government.
HS was unfortunately a step back from Maho but I wouldn't call it bad at all; they still feel like a family. I guess they just wanted to do a family dynamic that wasn't quite like Maho's.
