I'm surprised scheduling is cut close enough that they're boned if they lose a day or two, but I guess it's mostly Chiyoko being in such high demand, while also normally finishing her shoots without misses. I remember this scene being really hype back when the early scanlations went up. And the coming follow-up is a fantastic payoff for the entire arc. I love how the final performances in each arc follow Yonagi's co-stars thoughts. I honestly think that Act-Age does not dip below decent quality even once since this point onwards.

I think the upcoming arcs have long stretches of cliffhanger kino that would benefit from reliving the one-chapter-at-a-time experience, and that keeping the other parts single-chapter too for consistency is an acceptable price (since slowing down only for the good parts would feel sucky). Cheers for the dump. The mask breaking is what sticks out most when I remember this arc, but what struck me this time was that Chiyoko’s apology. Showing that little bit of empathy, recognizing the emotional toll this is going to take on Yonagi, is a nice way to show she’s not a perfect machine of an actress without undercutting how her character’s been built up.
As far as dump speed goes, 2-3 per day might be a good pace. Whatever rhythm you feel works
