No, I don't. Besides we already know Hikaru will have pinkish hair in the remake like Ranma.

Umi looks like Tomoyo with her hair died, Hikaru looks like Sakura with a wig. Their faces are off, they look more like CC Sakura than like Rayearth. Even though the faces weren't always consistent in the original anime, usually they weren't so round, the angles were sharper. Also the eyes had a very unique look that isn't captured by this illustration.

I wonder what's the point in a remake. I guess they'll stick closer to the manga this time, but a lot of people liked the second part from the anime more than the second part from the manga. Also the music was so good I doubt it will surpassed, the first and third opening are superb. Animation-wise it wasn't the worst I've seen from the 90s, some parts were even good.

The only "improvement" they might do is to cut some filler, go to the point. I guess they'll try to fit each part in 13 episodes.

So it's art for a mobile-game collab. Those often use a different artist from usual, so I wouldn't be TOO sure this is the exact artstyle the new anime will use.

But if it is, well... my initial impression was still that they look pulled from someone's H-fangame. Something about the face styles and stiff poses. But it could also just be a case of default_tanuki.png where the stock art looks derpy. I'm reserving judgment till they release another anime teaser showing more.

Some of the movies have absolute garbage subs. There are ok quality subs from Muse Asia but they're hardcoded to censored vids, since they're on yt.
