To grant Umi's wish, Hairi and Shiroha form a "pretend family" with her. They build a water slider in the pool for Umi, sing songs with Tsumugi, and create a picture book with Kamome's help. Hairi, Shiroha, and Umi spend their time together, laughing like a real family. Shiroha happily says, "I hope I'm being a good mom". However, after witnessing Umi say things that seem to predict the future, Shiroha suddenly declares that she quits being a mother.

How fucked does it feel to readers? This isn't the old style where they mashed common + looser girl routes into the main 75% and then transitioned to 'true' for the final stretch. Does omnibus hurt it? Are they gutting too much (say a girls route take 6-8hrs, and that's barely 2 in the anime).

They should make the true ending more detailed, the time where Hairi never formed relationships could benefit from it because it kinda skims over most of it despite earlier choices in the VN where he isn't particularly connecting with anyone still have parts that highlight his character.
