At this point it's obviously gonna be a "Story ends when they confess" type ending which is universally dogshit. Nips are allergic to writing relationships after the characters actually tie the knot.

sorry bro but the quality really drops off after what's covered in season 2
character development and interaction takes a backseat to an endless stream of fights for over 100 chapters. aliens were a mistake

Well, to be honest I can't even picture how this might end.
It's not one of those manga in which defeating the main villain or becoming Hokage is the clear goal in the distance, so I don't have any idea how it should end.

Japs make shit endings on purpose because they believe that the reader has already invested too much time on a series to drop it at the ending.
