With Kidomaru he’s pretty screwed. I don’t think he can dodge an arrow more than once with his bug clone. The chances of bugs sneaking to him are good, but they need time which Shino might not have if Kidomaru doesn’t play around.

Honestly, even when compared to stuff from early to mid Shippuden, a lot of the shit some characters pull off in this arc is pretty insane. Like, it's supposed to be really impressive that Hashirama and Madara's fight created the final valley, but that's more or less what Temari did when she turned a forest into a plain field, or what Gaara and Kimimaro did after Gaara turned a grass field into a desert and Kimi summoned a forest of bones on top of it.
