Anons have brought up how it feels like Sunshine and Checkmate should have at least one more scene together in all this, so I would have Checkmate pick up Sunshine's photo of the devil knights after he leaves with Ashuraman and looking at it before reuniting with the other justice chojin to celebrate the victory, wrapping their relationship up with a neat "what Sunshine ultimately passed down was this" bow.

I also have a soft spot for whatever the hell Kevin and Warsman have going on, so I would make it so Kevin is still a jerk (even if well intentioned now) up to this and unavailable for the final tag due to being taken care of by the monk after being injured in his fight, and his change in personality comes from Mars' death being the final piece he needed to understand what he had been doing wrong.

I think Check needs a scene where he reveals his Queen, Bishop, and Pawn pieces that he uses to perform unorthodox techniques, but then loses the first two during the fight. However, the Pawn gets powered by Friendship, with the reasoning that when something as small as a Pawn gets supported by the other pieces, it can reach the end of the board and stand proud as a ruler, giving Check Mate a second Queen that he then does a cool move with.

It would have been a stretch but i think I would have liked a Mantaro-Scar tag team match. One where scar comes to this conclusion but also could actually inspect "Friendship Power' and the idea of actually working with someone that tried to kill you at one point that the OG tended to gloss over.

I know they attempt this with the mantaro kevin tag team but Scar was a former DMP member.
